East Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
West Central Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
* Until 800 PM EDT.
* At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.7 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Bethel Park, Monroeville, McKeesport,
Gastonville, Plum, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Murrysville,
Wilkinsburg, Whitehall, South Park Township, Munhall, Jefferson
Hills, North Versailles, Brentwood, Swissvale, O'hara Township and
Castle Shannon.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
