Flood Watch issued June 14 at 8:28PM EDT until June 14 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations
of Westmoreland. In western Pennsylvania, Allegheny and
Westmoreland.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- New rainfall this evening may be able to produce 1 to 2
inches of precipitation with localized totals up to 3 inches
in any training showers or storms. Urban areas may be more
susceptible to flash flooding.
