Description
It shall be the duty of the Codes Enforcement Officer to enforce all of the ordinances and/or rules and regulations duly enacted by the Red Lion Borough. The Codes Enforcement Officer has the duty and the authority to institute prosecutions for violations of said ordinances and/or rules and regulations in a court of competent jurisdiction. Code Enforcement Officer works to the prevent, detect, investigate and enforce violations of ordinances regulating public health, safety, and welfare.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education - Minimum of High School Graduate and computer literate
Physical - Medical examination, drug and alcohol screening.
Experience -Management background; code enforcement experience desired; detail and organizational skills are a must with excellent people skills
