Description
ATTENTION RESIDENTS
Beginning Tuesday, June 10th, Tedesco Construction will be starting new sewer work for the Steuben, Duncan, Linden Sewer Separation Project along South Linden Avenue.
• The 1st temporary closure will be between Maxwell Street and the Giant Eagle service driveway on South Linden. Access to the Giant Eagle service driveway and the Walgreens South Linden entrance will be from Steuben Street during this time. If needed, please utilize the detour taking South Linden from Maxwell to Ingram Ave, to Foster Ave and then to Steuben Street.
• Once completed, the 2nd temporary closure will be between the Walgreens South Linden driveway and Steuben Street. Access to the Giant Eagle service driveway and the Walgreens South Linden entrance will be from Maxwell Street during this time. If needed, please utilize the detour from Steuben Street to Foster Ave, to Ingram Ave. and back down South Linden.
• Access to the Giant Eagle service driveway and the South Linden Walgreens entrance will be temporary closed when the sewer construction reaches those areas.
• The shopping center and Giant Eagle entrance at the Maxwell / S. Linden intersection will still be accessible at all times.
• Please view the attached drawing as reference sketching out the areas of closure.
Each closure is expected to take two weeks, and all road closures are temporary during the day and will reopen to traffic after each day’s shift.
