Flood Warning issued May 31 at 4:44AM EDT until May 31 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, western Fayette, Greene and southeastern
Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following
counties, northwestern Monongalia and northeastern Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 444 AM EDT, River and creek levels continue to rise due to
1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain. Flooding may continue during this
time.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Waynesburg, California, Masontown, Brownsville,
Fredericktown-Millsboro, Jefferson Boro, Fairdale, Point
Marion, Isabella, Rogersville, West Brownsville, Deemston,
Cokeburg, Nemacolin, Bobtown, Republic, Marianna,
Carmichaels, Beallsville and Rices Landing.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
