Flash Flood Warning issued May 30 at 10:20PM EDT until May 31 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 1020 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding due to
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.8 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Waynesburg, California, Masontown, Brownsville,
Fredericktown-Millsboro, Jefferson Boro, Fairdale, Point Marion,
Isabella, Rogersville, West Brownsville, Deemston, Cokeburg,
Nemacolin, Bobtown, Republic, Marianna, Carmichaels, Beallsville
and Rices Landing.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
