Flood Watch issued May 30 at 3:23PM EDT until May 31 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Adams, Lancaster and York.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall is likely from late this evening through late
tonight. Periods of rainfall rates of 1-2" per hour are
possible with total rainfall between 1 and 3 inches.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
