Flood Advisory issued May 26 at 8:21PM CDT until May 27 at 12:00AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
counties, Blanco, Burnet, Hays, Travis and Williamson.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 821 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Burnet, Marble Falls,
Dripping Springs, Blanco, Bertram, Leander, Lakeway, Lago
Vista, Bee Cave, Hudson Bend, The Hills, Liberty Hill,
Woodcreek, Florence, Smithwick, Spicewood and Mansfield Dam.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
