The Greenfield Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, Board of Zoning Appeals gives notice that a Public
Hearing will be held on June 2nd, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Greenfield Township Fire Department, 3245
Havensport Road, Carroll, Ohio 43112, on the Application for a Variance for the following property:

Owner(s): Michael and Babs Proctor
Tax Parcel #’s: 0130057410
Address: 1210 Rainbow Dr NW, Lancaster, OH 43130
Current Zoning District Classification: Rural Residential (R-1)
Development Standard: Per Greenfield Township Zoning Resolution, Dated March
12, 2025, Section 415.03 (D)(6)(c)(ii):
(c) Detached Accessory Structure
(ii) Shall be a minimum distance of ten (10) feet between the new
accessory structure and any other structure, whether principal or
accessory. Measurements are to be made from roof overhangs.
Variance 30-2025: The applicant is requesting 5 feet between the principal
structure and a new accessory structure.

A copy of the applicant’s Variance package is on file and is available for inspection and copying upon
request to the Zoning Inspector at 4663 Carroll-Cemetery Road, Carroll, Ohio 43112.

All property owners have a right to appear in person or by representation to question the owner or give
testimony for, or in opposition to, the change or appeal.
