Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued May 16 at 10:47PM EDT until May 16 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH
At 1046 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest
of Hide-A-Way Hills, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Fairfield County Airport, Hocking Hills State Park, US Route 22 at
State Route 159, Starr, Ilesboro, Mooresville, Haydenville,
Laurelville, South Bloomingville, Clearport, Bremen, North Berne,
Pleasantville, Murray City, Union Furnace, Adelphi, Hide-A-Way Hills,
Oreville, Carbon Hill, and West Rushville.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for central and
south central Ohio.

building.
