Flood Warning issued May 16 at 3:29PM EDT until May 16 at 7:30PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Berks.

* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 328 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding was ongoing
across portions of the warned area.
- For Manatawny Creek at Spangville:
At 3:15pm the stage was 6.02 feet.
Flood Stage is 6 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
