UPDATE May 7th: Churchill Borough is aware of the following streets without power: Lewin Lane (1/2 street near Garrick), Garrick Drive (top 1/2 near Lewin Lane), Fenwick Drive, Valiant Drive, Hampstead Drive, Royal Oak Ave, Marbury Road, Elmhill Road, Georgetown Place, Jamestown Place, Hollywood Drive (partial), Beulah Road, McNary Blvd, Huntingdon Drive, and Merrie Woode Drive.
We are working diligently to communicate with Duquesne Light Company about the roads still without power, and as of this morning, Duquesne Light Company is stating power will be restored this evening by 11:59 pm.
The Borough will keep you updated as we get more information from Duquesne Light Company.
Team Rubicon, a disaster response organization, has partnered with Allegheny County to provide free volunteer assistance to residents dealing with storm-related damage. Those in need of help can dial 2-1-1 to request services.
