The Delaware County Health Department is conducting this vital survey to learn community members' knowledge of breast cancer and identify barriers to mammogram screenings.
Added incentive: All who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a raffle prize! The survey will close on Wednesday, May 7th.
