We are issuing this alert to urge all residents to exercise extreme caution in the aftermath of the severe storm that passed through our area. The high winds and heavy rainfall may have created hazardous conditions that require your vigilance. Be on the lookout for fallen trees and power lines. Never approach downed power lines, as they can be extremely dangerous. Report any downed lines to West Penn Power immediately. Debris, including tree limbs and other materials, may be blocking roadways. Please drive slowly and carefully and report any significant obstructions to 911.
