* At 520 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles west of Shanor-Northvue to near Meadowood to
near New Kensington to near Clairton, moving northeast at 70 mph.
THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR Butler, Armstrong, and
Westmoreland Counties.
HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Extensive tree damage and widespread power outages.
Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect considerable
damage to roofs, windows and vehicles.

Penn Hills, Monroeville, Greensburg, McKeesport, Indiana, Butler,
Jeannette, Latrobe, Punxsutawney, Clarion, Vandergrift, Kittanning,
Brookville, Homer City, Apollo, Rimersburg, Plum, West Mifflin,
Murrysville, and Wilkinsburg.
This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 42 and 74.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 91 and 101.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 52 and 96.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 78 and 84.

building.
