Description
Dover Township is aware of the traffic issues at the intersection of S. Salem Church Road and Davidsburg Road. PennDot has been milling and filling sections of Davidsburg Road. During this project, they milled through the traffic loop at the westbound light on Davidsburg Road. These traffic loops detect if there’s traffic or not and control the light cycles. Currently with the broken traffic loop, it’s sensing traffic nonstop. This is allowing the Davidsburg Rd. lights to stay green longer than the S. Salem Church Rd. lights. Our Traffic signal contractor was out today and diagnosed the problem. They will repair this issue as soon as their schedule allows. We appreciate your patience with this matter. We know it can be frustrating, but it’s only temporary and will be repaired.
