Pennsylvania will be joining communities across the country on April 18, 2025 for Two Lights for Tomorrow—a national tribute marking the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere’s ride and the beginning of America’s journey toward independence.
Inspired by the historic “two if by sea” lantern signal of 1775, Two Lights for Tomorrow invites individuals, organizations, civic buildings, and homes to display two lights as a symbolic act of unity—reflecting on our shared past and looking ahead to a brighter future together.
In Harrisburg, the Pennsylvania Capitol will be illuminated to mark the occasion. But this moment is truly about all of us—and we hope you’ll join in.
