2. BUILDING OCCUPANCY AND
CONSTRUCTION TYPE TO BE NOTED
ON PLAN(S) AND/OR PERMIT
APPLICATION.
**FOR ALTERATIONS,
PLEASE NOTE THE ALTERATION
LEVEL.
