Description
Please see the attached proposed ordinance that will be considered at the Wesleyville Borough Council meeting on April 23. The ordinance aims to regulate the storage and use of dumpsters on public streets within Wesleyville Borough.
Currently, there is no existing policy addressing this issue. However, ongoing concerns have been raised by the Police Department and Public Works regarding dumpsters obstructing snow plowing, street sweeping, and parking.
A copy of the ordinance is available for review at the Wesleyville Borough office.
