Special Weather Statement issued April 15 at 12:21AM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Williamsport, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Montoursville, Lairdsville, Williamsport Airport, Central, Rohrsburg,
Garden View, Biggertown, Williamsport, Iola, Stillwater, Millville,
Montgomery, Cogan Station, Jamison City, Waller, South Williamsport,
Benton, Little League World Series Complex, Muncy, and Fairmount
Spgs.
