Special Weather Statement issued April 13 at 6:31AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Patchy dense fog can be expected along area river valleys this
morning, with visibility near or below one quarter of a mile at
times.
Commuters should be prepared for patchy areas of significantly
reduced visibilities. Use low beams, slow down, and leave extra
space between vehicles when encountering fog.
