* AFFECTED AREA... Volusia, Lake, Orange, Seminole, Brevard,
Osceola, Indian River, St Lucie, Okeechobee, and Martin
Counties.
* WIND...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
* HUMIDITY...28 to 35 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
