Description
There will be a Public Hearing at Warrington Township, 3345 Rosstown Rd, Wellsville on Monday, April 14, 2025 @ 6:00PM for Conditional Use Approval to construct and operate a 155’ tall Wireless Communications Facility (Cell Tower) at 925 Roundtop Rd, within the CR Zone as provided for as a Conditional Use under Article VII Section 711 of the Township Zoning Ordinances and subject to Article VIII Section 806 for Conditional Uses.
