* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 20 to 25 degrees
expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
and York Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive
vegetation.
Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive
vegetation.
Unprotected early season plantings may freeze.
