Flood Warning issued April 6 at 3:31AM EDT until April 6 at 9:30AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Berks.

* WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 328 AM EDT, the river gauge at Spangsville on the
Manatawny Creek was rapidly rising towards minor flood stage
due to heavy rainfall from the overnight hours. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly specifically along
Spangsville Rd and Toll House Rd in Oley Township. Between
0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- For Manatawny Creek at Spangville:
At 3:15am the stage was 5.47 feet.
Flood Stage is 6 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
