Flood Warning issued April 5 at 10:13AM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Illinois River near Havana affecting Fulton, Mason and Cass
Counties.

.Rainfall amounts over the basin have been lower than earlier
projected. As a result, there is a chance the river will remain
below flood stage.

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agricultural
areas not protected by levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to flood stage
Saturday, April 12.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
