Special Weather Statement issued April 4 at 3:40AM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 340 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Gettysburg, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Hanover, North York, Arendtsville, West York, York, York Airport,
Gettysburg National Military Park, Spring Grove, New Oxford,
Parkville, Gardners, Lake Meade, East Berlin, Bonneauville,
Glenville, Pennville, Heidlersburg, Biglerville, Gettysburg, and New
Salem.
