Flood Warning issued April 3 at 9:47PM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...

Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Mason and Fulton
Counties.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agricultural
areas not protected by levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Sunday afternoon and continue rising to 17.2 feet
Thursday, April 10. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
