VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA – Volusia County will host a SKYWARN Spotter training session from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, at the Emergency Operations Center, 3825 Tiger Bay Road, Daytona Beach. This event will equip residents with the skills to accurately identify and report critical weather conditions to the National Weather Service (NWS).

The training is free and open to anyone interested in becoming a certified SKYWARN spotter.
