Special Weather Statement issued March 31 at 5:49PM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL
At 549 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Paisley, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pine Lakes, Orange City, Altoona, Lake Mack-Forest Hills, and DeLand.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
