Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Storm total rainfall so far within the Watch area has been
around 1-3" with isolated higher amounts between 4-5". A lull
in the rainfall is anticipated through the mid-morning, but
additional scattered showers and thunderstorms will be
possible by the late morning through the afternoon. These
afternoon storms may have rain rates up to 1-2" per hour,
which may result in flooding if these storms move over
already wet grounds. Generally expecting just minor urban and
small stream flooding in areas of poor drainage, but cannot
out rule one or two instances of flash flooding. Watch may be
canceled earlier than the current end time if it looks like
these storms will not move over the saturated areas.
