Flood Watch issued March 27 at 4:05PM CDT until March 28 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Houston/Galveston TX

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas, including
the following areas, in south central Texas, Coastal Jackson and
Inland Jackson. In southeast Texas, Brazoria Islands, Coastal
Brazoria, Coastal Matagorda, Colorado, Fort Bend, Inland Brazoria,
Inland Matagorda, Matagorda Islands and Wharton.

* WHEN...Through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A couple more upper level disturbances are forecast to move
across the area tonight and Friday. An additional 1 to 3
inches of rain is possible in the watch area.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
