Description
The Borough of Crafton is amending its property inspection ordinance to establish clearer registration and reporting requirements for residential and commercial properties.
The ordinance allows Crafton building officials to combat blight by requiring regular inspections for all landlords and outlines permit requirements for new units, subsidized housing, condemned properties, and properties with code violations.
