Special Weather Statement issued March 26 at 4:26AM EDT by NWS Tampa Bay Ruskin FL
At 425 AM EDT, satellite imagery and surface observations indicate
fog is reducing visibilities to 1/2 mile or less at times.
Locations impacted include...
Saint Leo, Lecanto, East Bronson, Otter Creek, Lake Lindsey, Shady
Hills, Lake Panasoffkee, St. Leo, Sumterville, South Brooksville,
Bushnell, Pine Ridge, Plant City Airport, Gospel Island, Floral City,
Zephyrhills South, North Brooksville, Fanning Springs, Dade City, and
Citrus Springs.
Motorists should be prepared for sudden changes in visibility. Use
low beam headlights, reduce your speed, and maintain a safe distance
between your vehicle and the one ahead of you.
