We want to inform all residents that there is currently an issue with the Nuvei online payment portal, which is displaying an incorrect amount due on your utility bill. Our team is aware of the situation and is working diligently to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please note that the amount due on your paper utility bill is correct. While the online system may show an inaccurate total, your paper bill reflects the accurate payment amount.
We understand that this might cause some confusion or concern, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, the City is actively addressing the issue, and updates will be provided once the problem is fixed.
