Special Weather Statement issued March 17 at 7:16AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH
A mix of light snow and freezing drizzle is occurring across parts
of the area. This precipitation is very light and expected to end
over the next hour or two. The warm ground should prevent icing
on surface roads, however elevated surfaces such as bridges,
overpasses, and walkways may develop slick spots. Any slick spots
should quickly melt as the sun climbs higher in the sky this
morning. Any snow accumulations will be less than half an inch.
