Fire Weather Watch issued March 13 at 11:35AM CDT until March 14 at 9:00PM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL

The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Fire Weather
Watch for high wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Knox, Stark, Peoria, Marshall, Woodford,
Fulton, Tazewell, McLean, Schuyler, Mason, Logan, De Witt,
Piatt, Champaign, Vermilion, Cass, Menard, Scott, Morgan,
Sangamon and Macon.

* TIMING...From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 35 percent.

* 10 HOUR FUELS...Less than 9 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
