From Jesse Frantz, Fire Chief of Lower Windsor Township -
For Immediate Release - With the increase in dry weather with no significant rain expected in the near future, I am recommending a burn ban for Lower Windsor Township.
The burn ban will be in effect until further notice. During the ban, residents are prohibited from any type of open burning. Residents with questions should contact Chief Frantz at Crewofstation44@aol.com.
Outdoor cooking on a grill or other covered device is permitted.
Fire pits are NOT permitted.
