Description
Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a resurfacing project on Creek Road (Route 4012) in Washington Township, York County, is scheduled to begin next week.

This project consists of base repair, minor drainage improvements, guide rail updates, asphalt paving, line painting, sign resets, and other construction on Creek Road from the intersection with Route 194 to the intersection with Bentz Mill Road and Kralltown Road.

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, March 10. Work will initially involve the placement of long-term construction signs and tree trimming. There will be lane restrictions under flagging, as needed.

Starting Monday, March 17, work will begin in the roadway with daily lane restrictions under flagging. Travelers should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.

New Enterprise Stone and Lime Company, Inc., of New Enterprise, PA is the contractor on this $1,104,496 project. Work is expected to be completed by August 7, 2025.
