Optimus Grime is Back!
Ready to pickup everything the Borough can throw at it next week!
Garbage collection will return to its regular schedule on Monday and Tuesday, March 3rd and 4th, with recycling scheduled for Thursday, March 6th. Due to last week's missed pickup, we will accommodate increased trash volumes.
A huge thank you to the City of Erie Garage for working quickly to get our truck back in service. Moving forward, the Borough will explore an agreement with the City of Erie to rent a truck from their fleet for added redundancy. Additionally, we plan to keep spare cylinders on hand for faster repairs, ensuring uninterrupted service.
