Sanitation & Stormwater Billing Update:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing date for the sanitation and stormwater bills was delayed. The current bills will be mailed out by March 1st.
You will have 2 options to pay your bills – you can either pay it all at once or make quarterly payments.
The payment information is as follows:
• Payment by March 31st to receive a 2% discount.
• Payment by April 30th to pay entire invoice at face value.
• There is also an option to pay your fees quarterly – payments for 2025 would be due as follows:
1. April 30th
2. June 30th
3. September 30th
4. December 31st
The phone number for Keystone Collections is 724-978-0300, they can be reached 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
