Lake Effect Snow Warning issued February 19 at 4:06AM EST until February 19 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY
* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 3
inches in the most persistent lake snows.
* WHERE...Orleans and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact this morning's commute.
Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
