Special Weather Statement issued February 17 at 4:56AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 456 AM EST, snow showers were located over Bellaire, moving east
at 40 mph.
Locations impacted include...
Wheeling, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bellaire, Waynesburg,
Bethlehem, Triadelphia, Valley Grove, California, Shadyside,
Fredericktown-Millsboro, McMechen, Fairdale, Jefferson Boro,
Bridgeport, Benwood, Bethesda, West Brownsville, West Finley, and
Deemston.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 208 and 225.
Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania near mile marker 0.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 13 and 27.
Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel
conditions.
