Wind Advisory issued February 17 at 2:59AM EST until February 17 at 4:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
