Winter Weather Advisory issued February 16 at 6:56PM EST until February 17 at 12:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Slushy untreated
roads and surfaces will become icy and hazardous this evening.
