Winter Storm Warning issued February 16 at 3:27PM EST until February 16 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of western Massachusetts and eastern New York.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
