Description
Flood Warning issued February 16 at 2:16PM EST until February 16 at 5:30PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
counties, eastern Columbiana and east central Jefferson OH,
Pennsylvania, including the following counties, northwestern
Allegheny, Beaver, southwestern Butler and northwestern
Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including
the following county, Hancock.
* WHEN...Until 530 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 216 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen.

Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township,
Weirton, Franklin Park, East Liverpool, Aliquippa, Beaver
Falls, Columbiana, Monaca, East Palestine, Wellsville,
Hampton Township, Robinson Township, Economy, Bellevue,
Kennedy Township, Ambridge and Wexford.
