Winter Weather Advisory issued February 16 at 2:17PM EST until February 17 at 12:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds
gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.
