of an inch.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will be confined primarily to
the ridgetops.
