Special Weather Statement issued February 16 at 4:09AM EST by NWS State College PA
Lingering moisture from overnight rain combined with temperatures
near freezing may result in a few slick or icy spots on untreated
surfaces early this morning. Temperatures will rise above
freezing later this morning.
Motorists should remain alert for sudden slick spots. Leave extra
time and following distance, reduce speed, and assume anything
that looks wet may be icy.
